Curbside Chef

For some reason a food cart type deal is on the road behind my apartment complex. It appears to be called ‘Curbside Chef.’ I found some references online, but the web site seems to be dead. I was able to find a picture of something that probably looks the same, I didn’t get a good look today.

While the concept makes sense, why here? This is not a high traffic area. The road hasn’t even been fully paved yet. Perhaps there was some sort of event that I wasn’t aware of. We’ll have to see tomorrow.
