I thought he should have waited a little closer to Christmas, but the kids seem to have bought it. I could say he should be careful not to overdo this, but if you just get a handful of them, you can do them again every year. The worry isn’t the kids knowing, cause they won’t, its the parents who want to get their kids on TV like the Halloween kids. Although it will be fun when it’s scripted by the parents and the kids get on the show and spill the beans.

There it is. His real name is Leslie David Baker but you know him as Stanley Hudson on The Office. I don’t see any mention of a musical past on his Wikipedia. I would have expected this from Creed, at least he is known for being in a band.

I’m hoping this is a creation of The Office writers, and I hope they stop doing things like this until they put their efforts into making the actual show good again.

If you would have asked if I wanted to watch a story about toasters, I would have said no. Now I want to go to the convention, and leave my wallet at home to keep me from buying anything.

First, I had no idea what bialys were. When they said they came from Bialystock, I only thought of Max Bialystock. After that, the story is really amazing.

I think Sarah Vowell should be on every day for a while. She needs some on screen practice to smooth over being hilarious. I learned more about the Revolutionary War in these few minutes than I have since high school.

I’m a little curious about the amount of cereal you need to waste to make this stuff. There’s probably a simpler way of just adding sugar and flavoring to the milk, but that isn’t nearly as fun or creative.

I was really excited for Charlie Day to host but there wasn’t much that stuck until the very last sketch. I hate when that happens. This was the only sketch where I thought they had him play a character that was perfect for him. If you do this sketch first, then things should get rolling. At least we have this one.

Where you like me? Right before he mentioned anything, I was thinking, ‘this looks oddly like Seinfeld’s apartment.’

Kimmel always does a great job compiling videos he tells people to post online. The others all involved waking people up. Either dumping water on people for April Fools or waking kids up in the middle of the summer to tell them they are late for school.

Since the kids were all awake they cried and some questioned. What a lot of these reminded me of are the type of videos that these kids will be shown to all their friends when they are older to torture them. But how many videos like that will this generation have? Everything can easily be recorded. My parents had to borrow a VHS camcorder for special events, and they even filmed enough embarrassing moments.

One of my favorite yearly Letterman segments. Nothing really stood out and it’s a really long clip, so I won’t fault you for tuning out after a few minutes. It seems like they are running out of kids over there at the Late Show. There were a couple of kids that had to do quick costume changes to make repeat appearances.

Whenever you can get Dave interacting with kids, that’s a win.
