Do a lot of vampires live in Alaska during the winter?

I was listening to something that mentioned about Alaska not seeing the sun for periods of time in the winter. Likely because I’ve been watching True Blood on HBO, the idea of migrating vampires popped into my head. The problem is that its a long way to migrate from pole to pole, especially only being able to travel at night. Still, for a vampire that wants to be a part of normal society, not a terrible idea.
